Super Simple Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Is really really delicious (although it goes against all swedish principles to use fresh strawberries in pie).

Strawberries and Rhubarb cut in dice:

Added suger, flour and some butter:

Pie crust (flour, sugar & butter) pressed in mold:

Added the filling:

Crumbled some crust on top:

Baked in oven for 20 minutes, then added some whipped before serving =)

The Crust:
3 cups all purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons sugar
50 g chilled unsalted butter, cut into pieces
5 tablespoons water

( I saved some crust and sprinkled on top – too damn lazy to make lattice out of this rather crumbly crust)

For filling
2 rhubarb stalks (diced)
1 litre fresh strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup all purpose flour
