Crochet Pixie Hat

Thursday evening I made an infant pixie hat using the last of my the handwool redmix yarn i have come to adore. I even ordered some more in a  different colour scheme. Baby finally popped out  Wednesday morning. Today seemed like a good day to try it out.

Triple crochet scallop edge,  otherwise just double crochet all the way through. Simplistic, but I think the colours and the narrow long model make it fun.

Portable changing station

Yeah yeah yeah… baby stuff all the time.. well, I clearly need to keep busy since I haven’t gone in to labour…

Today I made this portable changing table out of some pink fabric and scrap plastic cloth (that I also used to refurbished our standard changing table).

Crocodile Scale Crochet Baby Afghan

I just love how this little blanket turned out, at first I thought I’d add something to the back, but then decided against it. I kinda like the way the back looks, even though I did not exactly follow the youtube tutorial on the crocodile scale stitch.
